This spectacular 10,000 Sq Ft penthouse in the sky spans across 2 floors and boasts unobstructed 360 views of the magnificent NYC skyline. We were tasked with transforming this distinctive space's interior design to make it functional within a tight 4-month timeframe. Despite the ongoing delivery of custom items, we successfully rose to the challenge to enable the homeowners to move in on schedule. A notable highlight of this residence is the bespoke 9ft wide saltwater fish tank, meticulously designed to elevate the living space. Enhancements in lighting, audiovisual equipment, and window shades contribute to a sophisticated ambiance. Deliberately foregoing drapery ensures unobstructed panoramic views, further enhancing the allure of this exceptional home. Decorative lighting is essential, serving as functional art. A stand-out piece is the custom dining Clamps chandelier by Lindsey Adelman. We designed a bespoke dining table comprised of two adjacent pieces, expanding to 13.5 ft for hosting grand dinner gatherings. Every detail was meticulously chosen, including each bold and captivating artwork.
