We revamped a country home for a New York client, completely transforming its 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The renovation included adding a luxurious spa with a sauna and steam room, elevating the home from dated to modern and chic. Facing a lake and a lush golf course, the outdoor deck underwent a significant expansion to accommodate an impressive motorized pergola. This cutting-edge pergola boasts adjustable louvers, HVAC system, and lighting, enabling versatile outdoor use even on scorching summer days. Complementing this setup are the addition of an outdoor kitchen and a relaxing jacuzzi, elevating the space for unparalleled enjoyment and relaxation. While preserving the distinctive stone feature around the fireplace, the interiors underwent a modern transformation. Upgrades included new flooring, a revamped kitchen, remodeled bathrooms, a sleek staircase, updated lighting and AV, and modern hardware throughout. Every space now caters to visiting friends and family, offering room to breathe and relax. The design details bring a sense of tranquility, seamlessly integrating the indoors with the outdoors, creating a peaceful sanctuary away from the city's hustle and bustle.The art is modern and bold, adding a surprising touch to a rural home.
